Mai Tai

A traditional cocktail with both dark and white rum, vibrant grenadine, triple sec, almond syrup, lime and a retro cherry garnish.

  • 2 tbsp white rum
  • 2 tbsp dark rum
  • 2 tbsp triple sec
  • 1 tbsp grenadine
  • 1 tbsp orgeat or almond syrup (we used Monin almond syrup, available online)
  • juice of half a lime
  • maraschino cherry
